Norbel School will host Howard County CHADD Parent Support Meetings
2nd Wednesday of each month
From October 2009 to May 2010
7:00-8:30 PM at Norbel School

The Greater Baltimore CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is pleased to announce a new sub-chapter. Norbel School will be the host site for the Howard County CHADD Parent Support Group for parents of children with AD/HD. Meetings will be held the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Norbel School, 6135 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, MD, 21075.

The meetings will offer support to adults and parents of children with AD/HD. Each meeting will feature a speaker discussing pertinent information to parents of children with AD/HD, such as special education law, "typical" adolescent behavior, social issues, college transition, self-advocacy skills, and more. A portion of each meeting will be designed to allow parents to share individual concerns and current relevant information.
